Dassel Elementary has many UNIQUE QUALITIES!

Our mission, at Dassel Elementary, is "Building a Better Tomorrow" and we're going about doing just that as our many unique qualities will support.  A strong media program is provided which includes research skills, production, and most all stresses the love of reading.  Technology is used effectively to provide increased learning opportunities for each child.  We have a fully equipped computer lab where students are scheduled at a minimum of weekly, as well as computers in classrooms to further meet individual needs.  Physical Education and Music specialists meet regularly with students to provide quality programming.  

Qualifying gifted/talented student partake in an effective program to their needs which are not always able to be addressed in the regular classroom setting.  An active Parent Advisory Council has meaningful input into the policies and procedures and a Parent Resource Room is available to use at any time.
